If you have...
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (A–C / grade 4+).
- Strong verbal and written communication
- A high level of accuracy in logging data, following procedures, and checking information.
and you are...
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn CRM, ERP, ticketing systems.
- Able to investigate issues, ask probing questions, propose viable solutions or escalate appropriately.
- Patient, empathetic and able to build relationships internally and externally.
- Able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities, maintaining service quality.
- Able to handle challenging or upset customers calmly and professionally.

Customer Service Agents act as the first point of contact for customers regarding order enquiries, product information, and issue resolution. To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely and courteous support, and to act as a liaison between customers, internal departments (production, quality, logistics etc.) and brand/customer service teams. A key objective is to identify recurring issues and feed trends into continuous improvement initiatives.
