We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a key support role that plays an integral part in attracting and onboarding top talent across the business. Working closely with hiring managers, the wider HR team, and external partners, you’ll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

If you have...
- Extensive experience using MS Office packages
- Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills
- Ability to engage with colleagues and service users, collaborating at all levels
- Proven experience managing end-to-end in-house recruitment across a range of roles and functions, including onboarding and supporting new hires through to successful completion of their probation periods
- Working knowledge of employment legislation relating to recruitment and hiring
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting demands
- Awareness of GDPR and experience applying data protection in recruitment processes
- Proven experience working in a highly confidential environment, handling sensitive information with a strong emphasis on accuracy, discretion, and compliance.
